Richard  D. Gann '97 joins KBS Capital Markets Group as vice president and marketing director. Gann will oversee all strategic marketing functions for KBS REIT distribution, including campaign development and sales-support initiatives.

Prior to joining KBS, Gann spent three years with Grubb & Ellis Company, where he served as senior vice president at the firm’s national headquarters in Santa Ana, Calif. In this capacity, he supervised the broker sales training program for the entire company, and managed a sales force of 50+ registered securities representatives located around the country.

A veteran public speaker, Gann recently published a book, "How to Give Presentations that Win."
