Why did you choose to get involved with the alumni association board? 
 
   I choose to get involved with the Alumni Association Board in order to give back to the school, foster the unique legal experience I received at CWSL, and stay connected to other Alumni.

What is something that California Western does that you are proud of?


   I am proud of the quality of education California Western promotes and the caliber of alumni it produces. Through unique programs, California Western is committed to their students which can be seen in their bar program, career services, and by providing rare learning opportunities.

   California Western is also committed to their alumni, through providing CLE programs, social events, and networking opportunities. Unique programs such as Street law, Community Law project, California Innocence Project, Proyecto ACCESO, the Mediation Project and other wonderful programs contribute to the local, state and international communities by giving valuable legal resources while at the same time enriching the learning experiences of students.

What can alumni do to get more involved?

   Pick a project you can be committed to and be excited about it. and get involved. There are plenty of programs and ways to be involved, all of which can enhance your legal career while helping others.

If you could have been a jury member in any court case in history, which trial would you choose?

   A jury trial with Clarence Darrow – I would love to hear him argue one of his cases.
